Applications will only be accepted for members of Lake Community Federal Credit Union.

To be eligible to apply for a loan you must meet one of the following qualifications:

1) You have been a member of Lake Community Federal Credit Union (LCFCU) for at least a year.

OR

2) You have been employed by your current employer for at least a year.

You will be required to submit via fax, verification of income. We will need a current pay stub for all applicants listed on the application. If you are an owner/operator we will need to see last year's federal tax return.

Interest rates are subject to change without notice. Some restrictions may apply. The listed rate is our lowest rate available. Not all members may qualify for the listed rate. Individual rates are determined by your credit history. 

If your application is approved, you will need to sign the note & security agreement in our office.

It may be necessary for you to provide us with additional documentation.

For this type of loan, there is no application fee or pre-payment penalty.
